Today I want to talk about some free software from Autodesk company for 3D printing and 3D models. Maybe some of you already familiar with this software that calls Autodesk 123D.

123D has versions for several platforms like PC, MAC, IOS, Android. Also for every type of work it has different apps. Here are the 123D apps that you can download for free.

123D Catch – With this app for Android you can generate 3D model from imported photos.

123D Circuits – You can draw online 3D model of electronic projects

123D Design – This software for 3D modeling. Very easy to use software with simple 3d modeling tools.

123D Make – With this software you can import 3D models from 123D Design and nest your 3D model. After nesting, you can send your project to laser or 3D printer.

123D Sculpt+ - App for IPAD that allows users create 3d sculpts from scratch.

Also, you can find a link to service TinkerCad that will allow you create 3D model online and then order your model's physical version.

123D apps are totally free for users and can be download without any registration.

Even if you don’t know how to draw 3D model you can easily download 3D models from 123D website and use them for free.

Autodesk 123d Circuits Free Download

123D Design and 123D Make can be combined to make some awesome physical models from different materials. You can import from Autocad, 3Ds Max and other CAD or 3D modeling software into 123D Design. Or, you can draw your models in 123D Design. Then you can save and import your file into 123D Make. After some manipulation, you can get nested sheets of your 3D model.

I like this software because it you can easily nest 3d models. It makes life much easier.

In future I planning to record some tutorials about Autodesk 123D apps or maybe whole course about how to modeling 3D models and how to get physical object of that models.
